Selma-Dallas County Historic Preservation Society to host 2021 annual meeting

Selma-Dallas County Historic Preservation Society will host its 2021 annual meeting
on Tuesday May 4, 2021 at Heritage Village located at 713 Mabry Street. 

The meeting will start at 5:30 with a 30 minute tour of the grounds, food, and fellowship. 

Music will be provided by ‘The Cahaba Trio’ prior to the program.

Heritage Village is the site of several 1800s structures that were donated to the Society.

Welcoming remarks will be given at 6 p.m. and followed by recognition and highlights of 2020-2021.

They will then discuss the vision for 2021-2022.

The guest speaker will be featured  AL.com and the Selma Times-Journal writer, Amanda Walker.

In case of inclement weather, the meeting will be moved inside to Minnie Sue’s Cottage located at 622 McLeod Avenue in Heritage Village.
